Looking for a pretty specific rec. Best beef noodle soup (Taiwanese and/or Northern Chinese and/or Xi’an) in Chicago. I used to get the best bowl of beef noodle soup from a food truck in Austin called Chef Hong and was hoping to find something similar in Chicago.
